Vision & Mission

In 2011, Dar Alarqam School and Al Ihsan Academy merged to create a new entity, International Islamic Academy (IIA). IIA is dedicated to excellence in education, morals, and ethical values. It provides a rich and challenging curriculum, fulfilling the requirements of the State of Michigan. In addition, it offers opportunities for intellectual and personal growth, instilling in students an appreciation for the treasures, beauty, and richness of an outstanding Arabic, Qur’an, and Islamic Studies education. IIA endeavors to provide a profound understanding of Islam, preparing highly academic scholars, citizens, and community builders. IIA’s mission is to enable students to achieve their academic best, fostering lifelong learning, responsibility, and leadership for every individual.
